Re-lighting my spark

I have been in a pit of depression again the last couple years, and can finally feel myself beginning to come out of it. Not out yet, but beginning! Along with that comes renewed sense of gratitude to God for always being with me and for all the grace in my life. I am working on staying focused on my faith life with the belief that the rest of my life will get healthier because of it.

It's not always easy to compare apples to oranges when it comes to carbs. Fruits and vegetables come in all shapes and sizes, and while it might seem like one is a lower-carb choice than another, it may just seem that way because of size and weight differences.
