    No apologies for your message length; I appreciate the help! Hey, have you tried zucchini pizzas at all? They are shockingly good and super easy. Taralynn McNitt's weight loss/ healthy lifestyle blog has a recipe. i used fat-free cheese and turkey pepperoni. I made about 250 calories worth and I found I was too stuffed to finish it. Here's a link to her recipe, but you could make yours waaay yummier looking than hers for very few calories. But I suggested the one from her site cause she has really great stuff on her site that you might enjoy. :)

    When i read your blog entry saying " I literally battled with that voice that was saying to me, 'You've already decided on it; so you're just going to do it!'", I was shocked how much your inner monologue sounded like mine always does during binges. Good for you for all of your progress. Have you had any success eating in moderation when it comes to trigger foods? Or do you avoid them all together? I hate having to always not eat sweets (because in social situations I feel pressured to eat them), but I haven't figured out how to stop myself from going into a full on binge unless I am completely abstaining. Anyway, hope all is well! :)
