I like your idea of smashing up the veg in doc oz's broth (2 wk plan). I was wondering about pureeing the leftover veg. Why not? The only thing I can think of is too much fiber?

Did you follow the recipe exactly? I did the best I could with what I had. Root veg are so expensive til farmer's markets open.
