Married to my highschool sweetheart for 30 years :)...we have 6 children ages 16-29 that we love very much and who keep our lives very busy and blessed, am an OB nurse and Lactation consultant. Love to cook, fall is my favorite time of year, thankful for my Catholic faith in my life, enjoy dancing with friends, exercising on the elliptical, staying in touch with friends and family, and IU graduate and fan!!

Other Information:
Enjoy spending time with my family, I am in a book club, each day is a gift, thankful for my family, friends, job and my health.

You are doing so great! I love how you are balancing everything! None of those huge 5+ gains and struggles to recover. I am hoping that this Whole 30 helps me get control over those bad habits. I just took out recycling- so much lighter without the wine bottles! I am still missing my wine and cheese and even my Atkins shakes in the morning! I am a creature of habit- so it's a good idea to improve them!

I hear you about giving up certain foods! I am missing my wine and really missing dairy. One week down so 3 to go... I think it's a neat concept and tries to force you to eat more whole foods and less processed- but we were already doing that for the most part. I have lost a bit this week so that wine ( & cheese) may have been holding me back. I want to add the dairy back slowly and see how I feel. Sanatana sounds fun! I love live music! I see your ticker dropped back down! So happy for you! You always sound so busy!!! I dislike sending kids back to school! We are gathering stuff for Abbie's study abroad- need to find a trench coat! Not easy in FL in August!
