I want to be able to hike trails and explore without exhaustion.

And most of all, I really want to pull of being a hot, fit, Poison Ivy for Halloween. Though this year, 2014, that goal wasn't reached, I will aim for next year for sure.

My Goals:
To reach the 150 lb mark, to run a 10k without a problem, to do 130 pushups in one day, to get a flat stomach.

My Program:
Just eat better and controlled portions of healthy and flavorful food.

I'm trying to work out every day, for at least half an hour, to make it routine for the next few months. Then, I'll start taking a day off.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Moldova and moved to San Francisco, CA in the 90s. Been here since. I love the Bay Area, especially all the fresh produce markets that have super cheap fruits and veggies.

the hardest part of this journey was getting sick. I know thats the reason I have so many weight issues, but I have to keep trying. If I try, it at least makes me feel better. Its a little discouraging over time to have it not work, but I cant give up!

thanks for the comment on my blog! I love chocolate almond milk, but plain not so much. Its not a terrible loss, but drinking water in the morning annoys me. I am used to my coffee or milk. Time to break that habit and just get used to water!!
