I can do this in 2013!!
I can make progress towards my weight loss and fitness goals in 2013. I am still trying to figure out how to lose weight with hypothyroid condition, because just cutting calories and exercising isn't doing it. But I believe that I if I keep trying and keep looking I will find a plan that works...and then I am going to stick to it and lose weight in 2013! I CAN DO THIS!!

My Goals:
I will practice healthy habits in nutirtion and fitness each day. I will reach my goal weight in 2011, one day at a time. I will become strong and fit!
My Program:
I am doing cardio 5x a week for at least 3o minutes. I plan to work up to 1 hour per day, 5x/week. I am doing regular strength training - at least 3x week, alternating muscle groups. I am writing down everything I eat. I am keeping my calories under 1500. I am eating at least 5 fruits and veggies per day. I am drinking 8-9 glasses of water per day.
Personal Information:
Although I've always struggled with my weight, I've been at a normal weight most of my adult life. Due to a number of situations, my weight has gotten out of control and I've been in a rut. I am now out of the rut and taking daily action to get back to a healthy weight!
