I started getting healthy three years ago when I turned 30 years old. Since then I lost 70lbs and have completed dozens of races including a marathon. I am currently training for my second marathon I am trying to lose the last 20lbs and that is proving to be very difficult. However, I am in the best shape of my life and I feel great about myself.

My Goals:
To drop the last bit of weight so I can be a better runner and to get into the New York City marathon.

My Program:
Since I'm training for my second marathon I've kept my exercise the same. I am now keeping better track of my calories and portion sizes.

Personal Information:
I live in just outside Chicago. Other than exercising I enjoy hiking and traveling.

Other Information:
I enjoy reality TV shows and all kinds of books.
