My Goals:
Keep in shape while reducing body fat.

My Program:
Cardio workout 4 days a week

Strength training 2-3 days a week

Personal Information:
I own a motorcycle shop & a sign business with my husband & I work part time on the weekends. I am busy to say the least. But not to busy to take a few minutes everyday and record what I have been doing for my health.

Other Information:
I love reading, quilting, crocheting, riding my quad, jetskiing (stand up of course), and most of all skiing in the winter.
