One Day at a Time

I am not typical. I'm here to share my journey from extreme obesity to good health. Some of the tools I've used are non-traditional, and somewhat radical in the opinions of some. Thanks for encouraging words about the summer class. I have to take one other class to get my loan money so I'm going to take an exercise class.

Here is the 4 ingredient brownie recipe - it's tasty but tastes more like 1/2 cake 1/2 brownie that real brownie. This isn't a very sweet brownie, so if you like it sweet I'd add splenda. Enjoy!

Mash 3 overripe medium bananas
Slightly melt 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
Mix together and then add in
1/4 c cocoa powder & 2 scoops vegetable protein powder.
Use a blender or processor to mix to a smooth consistency
Pour into a square baking pan
350 C for 20 minutes

Makes 9 large servings at 131 Cal, 9 Protein, 6 Fat & 14 Carb (2.8 Fiber, 5 sugar0

You can use any kind of protein powder but internet reviews indicate the vegetable one gives a nicer consistency to baking.

Congrats on being down 101! I'm down 114 from when I started and I remember how 101 felt - I skipped 100 and went from 99 to 101. Amazing feeling. Congrats again! !!
