I reached and supassed my weight goals and my nutrition/food goals. What next? FITNESS FIRST!! Yep, this is my Achille's heal for sure. I am embarking on a trial run to walk a 1/2 Marathon. Not just ANY 1/2 marathon..but the toughest, roughest, most rugged ...
No Excuses! Never give up, never surrender! ********BOLDLY GOING WHERE I HAVE'NT GONE BEFORE************** 12/27/09: Well, another year has passed and it has been a grand one. I reached and supassed my weight goals and my nutrition/food goals. What next? FITNESS FIRST!! Yep, this is my Achille's heal for sure. I am embarking on a trial run to walk a 1/2 Marathon. Not just ANY 1/2 marathon..but the toughest, roughest, most rugged 1/2 marathon in the Pacific Northwest: The Race to Robie Creek. 6 1/2 miles UP hill and 6 1/2 miles DOWN hill. The weather isn't nice, the conditions aren't nice either. With insulin resistant muscles, I have to train differently than anyone else. I am ready, willing, and able. I will be joined in this grand adventure in fitness excellence by my friend MSWEEZER. SEKSUNSHINE will be a witness to it all. I have been on spark a little over 18 months. During that time, I reached goal weight of 125; overcame my Emotional Overeating; discovered that I have insulin resistant muscles and how to continue on to bigger and better goals. I was gifted through the generosity of my clients my Wii fit system. I am adding to it and I will have fun using this daily. My goals are fitness oriented for 2010. I will get fit, or die trying!

My Goals:
Training for "the toughest 1/2 marathon in the PacificNorthwest" The Race to Robie Creek 4/17/10 1/3: 2hr walk 27K steps 1/10:2 1/2hr walk 30K stps 1/18:3 hr walk 25K
My Program:
Eat nutritionally dense, self-prepared food. Drink at least 80ozs of water per day. Build up exercise program to 1 1/2hrs in the am and 1/2hr pm daily.

I live my life as a successful independent self-supportive woman. Sophie, Fritzi, and Buddy-Buddie and I live in Boise, Idaho.

I am a long-time student of A Course In Miracles. I follow the teaching of Dr. Kenneth Wapnick of The Foundation for A Course In Miracles.
