My Goals:
I seem to have lost my motivation and really need to get it back! I've put back on about 15 to 20 pounds and really disappointed in myself. I just really need to get back in the groove.

My Program:
Back to walking everyday - at least 30 minutes sometimes more - and more. I'm also using the elliptical several times a week. I love to tape several favorite shows and watch while working out. Sure makes the time go faster.
