Has Spring Sprung Yet?
My name is Kat and I'm far from perfect. I think sparks should have a "How many pounds have you regained?" tracker because I've managed to lose about 120bs here on sparks and regain it all back. Now I'm sitting back looking at all these people who managed to lose weight, many of them saying that I was a great help in reaching that goal, and yet I'm thinking, why are we not on the same page? I'll be the first to admit, I spend more time on sparks developing challenges ...

Now I'm sitting back looking at all these people who managed to lose weight, many of them saying that I was a great help in reaching that goal, and yet I'm thinking, why are we not on the same page? I'll be the first to admit, I spend more time on sparks developing challenges and supporting others and less time doing the same for myself. So, I'll be setting up new goals, new programs and will be limiting my time here on sparks. Instead of contacting EVERYONE daily like I use to, I'll have to make rounds and contact people every other day and the such. I'm not gone, I'm just unable to hit all sparkpages, blogs and the such. Orignally from AZ but currently in WA and missing the sunshine and outdoors. 32 year old mom to 4 young children, 14, 12, 6 and a 3 year old. And I'm married!
Other Information:
I'm a stay at home mom who suffers from chronic pelvic pain, hip pain and knee pain. I love to read, write and do various forms of art. I also love teaching my children.
