So good to get your note. I just completed the 5% Fall Challenge and was pretty successful. They are different but every week changes and allot of support. I am not the best at sending notes and such but have enjoyed this team.

Hey thanks for checking in with me. So far only training one guy. Teaching him the basics punches, slips and rolls. He goes to a boxing gym I recommended but he doesn't get much one on one help so we meet every few weeks to go over stuff. I like it but wish I could also get a good work out with some one more advanced.
Never seen raging bull before. Will have to check it out. I am still at my highest wt wise but trying to stick to a lower carb diet. so far no wt loss. But I am hoping consistency will prevail.
You definitely need to try a boxing class or even non combat kickboxing with the heavy bag. It is really empowering.
