Hey thanks for checking in with me. So far only training one guy. Teaching him the basics punches, slips and rolls. He goes to a boxing gym I recommended but he doesn't get much one on one help so we meet every few weeks to go over stuff. I like it but wish I could also get a good work out with some one more advanced.
Never seen raging bull before. Will have to check it out. I am still at my highest wt wise but trying to stick to a lower carb diet. so far no wt loss. But I am hoping consistency will prevail.
You definitely need to try a boxing class or even non combat kickboxing with the heavy bag. It is really empowering.
How's it? I just started back on a Primal diet and doing pretty good this week. Gained some weight the first few days due to the high protein but hopefully it will reverse as time goes on. I am trying to get a class together of my friends to do a fun beginner boxing class at our local track. Hopefully I can get it going and also be able to get some paying clients. I taught a 10 week class last Summer at my gym and really enjoyed it but boy are beginners hard to teach when it comes to boxing. So definitely want to get paid.
