Katy's SparkPage: goal - beautiful body.

Recently I realized that during the last five years I gained 7 kilos. I try to convince myself that this is only partly my fault, cause studies take a lot of time. But, that's probably not true: I could choose to keep a healthy diet, and would stay in shape.
My goal is to get fit with pleasure. I see no point in violating myself with mega-diets or exhausting physical exercises. I hope to get fit with joy - by drinking more water, keeping my meals balanced, and do some targeted exercises, ...
