I commit to being the very best that I can be. I deserve to love, be loved and most importantly of all, I deserve to love myself. I deserve a healthy body and I will never give up on myself, no matter what happens, and I promise to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

My goals = 5% Weight Loss Challenge - Winter 2017 - Firecrackers

I will weigh in weekly on a Saturday
I will exercise daily for a minimum of 30 minutes
I will aim to log 10,000+ steps per day on the fitbit
I will do exercises set by the physio daily
I will log everything I eat in my nutrition tracker
I will aim to lose 500g weekly
I will strength train 3 times a week if possible
I will drink 8 glasses of water per day
I will include more freggies in my diet
I will be strong and healthy
I will be more prepared so that I don't go grazing when I get home from work so times I am tempted to eat, I will be doing something else.
I will ask for support from my team members if I need it.
I will be mindful of what I'm eating.

My Goals:
Primary goal for 2015 is to look good for my son's wedding in October.
Goal for 2015 - to be 55kgs or less.
To meditate for 10 minutes daily.

My Program:
By tracking every thing I eat, how much exercise I do and how much water I drink will definitely help me win this weight loss battle.
Follow the DASH diet to help keep my blood pressure down.
