-Become confident and happy with myself
-Join Crossfit



My Program:
-Cardio everyday including: Running, jump-roping, or insanity.
-High intensity weight lifting
-Working out and hour and a half to 2 hours, 5 times a week
-Dieting daily, 1400 calories a day
