Changing My Life.. For the Better!

Hey! My name is Kayla and I am 18 years old. I have struggled with my weight for all my life, but I am ready to actually succeed in getting a healthier lifestyle. That starts with loosing 60 pounds by eating healthier options and exercising daily. I am determined to do it this time, and I will not let anything stop me from reaching my goals.

My Goals:
-Lose about 8 pounds per month!
-Get back to the gym at least three days a week!
-Stop the unhealthy eating & snacking
-take vitamins daily
-Run 5K in Philly (6/14/13)

My Program:
I am eating a portion controlled diet, incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet, and taking out empty calories like junk food. I am exercising daily, and making sure I get to the gym at least 3x per week. I am also doing things to increase my confidence: new clothes, whiter teeth, clearer skin, etc.

Personal Information:
I am from Southern Pennsylvania. I go to school in Lancaster City for nursing.

Hi Kayla! Thanks for visiting my blog. You're right, exercise can be a chore sometimes, and those are the times we just need to plod through. But then there are the days when it feels amazing both during and after - and those for sure are the extra special days! :)
