My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20 pounds and get stronger.

My Program:
I will work up to walking 2 miles per day 6 days per week. I will start with 15 minutes on the treadmill every morning.

I will start riding my bike and build up my endurance on it 3 days per week.

I will strength train 3 days per week.
Follow the SP nutrition program eating whole foods in the correct portions.

Walking, stair climbing and moving around as much as I can.

Personal Information:
I have lived in Oklahoma most of my life.
I love to work in my yard and garden, read, cook and play with my grandchildren.


Other Information:
I value my time with family.
