My Goals:
My goal is to lose 17 pounds and get stronger. I have made it a habit to be very lazy unless I am working on my house or yard. I am a lifetime member of WW and managed to regain all the weight I had lost and more. Five years ago I lost 32 pounds of the weight I had regained, but got off the program and couldn't stay consistent on it to lose more.

My Program:
Following SP nutrition program eating whole foods as much as possible. Walking, stair climbing and moving around as much as I can.

Personal Information:
I have lived in Oklahoma most of my life and according to an article I read, I live in the most unhealthy County in one of the top 5 unhealthy States!
I love to work in my yard and garden, read, cook and play with my grandchildren.


Other Information:
I like to watch movies that make me laugh and I am currently hooked on Duck Dynasty and Castle. I work 60 hours a week and value my time with family.
