Whatever the problem is, the answer is not in the fridge.

I'm constantly trying to find the willpower to eat healthier and to follow an exercise program on a regular basis. After a few days or a few weeks, if I'm lucky, I just get off track. I don't know what keeps holding me back. Why do I work hard to reach a certain point and then find my way back to the starting line over and over again?

Thankyou my sweet for the goodie and well wishes....
Surgery we well however was not good yesterday however somewhat better today.....have pain under control which is making life easier....
Cancelled the course and conference that I am supposed to be going to next week which I think is a good decision.....
Am sure each day will be better.....until they take the dressings off next week and fiddle with it.....lol
