Whatever the problem is, the answer is not in the fridge.

Here's a list of motivational quotes I've picked up along the way. I need to continue to read, reread them and put them into action.

Maybe it's a little "overkill" to keep such a long list but one day soon I'm hoping that some of these words will start to sink in and that I will begin to see more progress. Some of these quotes have similar messages but they all have a common theme:
