My Goals:
Keep focused on healthy lifestyle changes.
Learn from reading articles on the site to motivate me to continue on daily.
Lose 50 # this year !
That will be my 1st goal weight which I hope will only take a year from now to reach.

My Program:
Track all the food I eat daily.
Drink 8-12 8 oz. glasses of crystal clear WATER.
Do strength trainning on Mon-Wed-Fri and Cardio for 4 Fast Miles with Leslie & Gang 45 mins. Mon-Wed-Fri
Walk the dogs 30-45mins everyday ! Start working on the urban rebounder again for 10 min. 3x/week!

Personal Information:
I've enjoyed growing up in the foothills of the Adirondack Mts. Nice city called Glens Falls. Have always been fighting the bulge and this time I want to put if off once and for all. As you can see from my photos, I love Boston Terriers. Enjoy taking part in Bible Studies and sharing my faith in The Shepherd's Chapel Bible study Mon-Fri 5am!

I have been told that T25 is a shorter version of P90X. It's a DVD.

Sorry I took so long to respond this is the first day I have looked at my Spark page in about a week.
Thanks Soooo Much For your Wonderful Support and Cheering me on!!!!!!!! You are Very Awesome!!!!!!!!!
To put a picture on your spark page first it has to be in 'My Pictures' on your computer. Then you go to Edit Spark Page and click on the picture you want to replace. A box comes up and click on 'Browse' that should bring up your 'My Pictures' from your computer. Click on the picture you want and then click on open down at the bottom of 'My Pictures'. you should see something like 'c:\Users\Owner\Pictures\' in the browse box. Click on 'Up Load Now' and once it uploads then scroll down and find the picture in this box and click on it. Then it should replace the picture on your Spark page. Save changes at the bottom or top of your Edit Spark page and your picture should be replaced.
To do the Background picture you have to go to the top of Edit Spark page and click on upload a back ground image then click on 'Browse' and choose you image from your 'My Pictures', click on open at the bottom of your 'My Pictures' and then click on upload image. Save changes at the bottom or top of your Edit Spark Page.
