At this point in my life, I'm having a difficult time losing fat in my stomach and hips and also inches. I'm trying very hard with SP. It's a wonderful tool to track my exercises and food that I eat daily. I still need to lose a few more pounds and many inches.
We all work together to support each other. Success is just around the corner!!!

I would like to lose about 2 pounds.. Also, I need to try to get in the habit of drinking 8 glasses of water daily.

My Program:
I'm exercising 6 days a week, except when I am out of town. I'm also eating better. I'm trying to increase my water intake.

Personal Information:
I have always lived in Georgia except for 6 months. We have taken many driving trips throughout the U.S. There are only a few states that we haven't visited.

Traveling in the United States and two trips to Europe have been highlights for us. We have one son. He lives in another town, but visits often.

I took your ticket and saw "100 Foot Journey" and we loved it. Please, next time you see a good one pass it on again. I shall do the same. Enjoy your weekend. Hugs and the best of care, Holly
P.S. I also did have a good visit with my Mom, thanks for asking.

Kay: Thanks for the bright yellow tea pot. I actually love teapots. I only have two--a big and a small--but I use a tea cosey when I make tea...even just for myself. Cheers!

Hi everyone. Not much new here..practicing for a 100th birthday party we're playing for my friend's Mother on Sept. 6. It's going to be a beautiful party of about 75 people. Debbie and I will play while people are arriving, then our Pastor will bless the food so we can eat. Afterwards there will be a video of Velma's life. We will then play 5 songs for Name That Tune. Does anyone remember that show? I loved it growing up. Then we'll sing Happy Birthday and we'll go into a waltz---Love's Old Sweet Song---and Velma and a family friend named Craig will dance a few steps. We don't expect her to finish the 18 bar waltz at her age! Anyway, after the benediction by our Pastor, we'll play what we call "traveling music" to get the people moving to go home. We'll end with Auld Lang Syne.. That should do it! If not we can play Good Night Sweetheart! As a last resort we'll announce the party's over and thank you for coming! I know the people love to talk. We are so looking forward to this celebration. emoticon

Then we have to get learning the songs for a gig we have on New Year's Eve. I'm excited about that. There is a drummer (in his 80's we think) a guitarist (don't know his age) and Debbie and I. We are told we are the" meat and potatoes" of the band. We'll meet with them in the next month to plan it out. This is the first job I've been hired to do without an audition. Guess there's something in our looks. LOL

Well, have a great weekend everyone. Have fun and relax. emoticon
