At this point in my life, I'm having a difficult time losing fat in my stomach and hips and also inches. I'm trying very hard with SP. It's a wonderful tool to track my exercises and food that I eat daily. I still need to lose a few more pounds and many inches.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 2 pounds.. Also, I need to try to get in the habit of drinking 8 glasses of water daily.

My Program:
I'm exercising 6 days a week, except when I am out of town. I'm also eating better. I'm trying to increase my water intake.

Personal Information:
I have always lived in Georgia except for 6 months. We have taken many driving trips throughout the U.S. There are only a few states that we haven't visited.

Traveling in the United States and four trips to Europe have been highlights for us. We have one son. He lives in another town, but visits often.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader. I belong to a Book Club.

I am a retired school teacher; however I stay busy with volunteer work. Also housework and yard work keeps me busy.
I want to live a healthy lifestyle daily.

Thank you for my cupcake goodie! I could use something with zero calories! I've had such a fun week, but all this celebrating is not good for my waistline. Next week I'll have to double down and work really hard. Have a great week!

Thanks, Kay, for the Aerobic Step. I had one years ago and it was good, but today, my knees won't let me do a step and since I broke my toe, I've only been doing limited exercises.....
