My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 133 by July 2014. I know it's a steep goal considering there are only 151 days to accomplish this in.

My Program:
Breakfast and Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Apple and
Banana
Dinner: Protein, Veggies and minimal starch
Beverages: Mostly H2O
Exercise: Walking, The Firm Video's

Other Information:
Most people are concerned with what they eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I need to concern myself with what I eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving!!!
