    Trying to stay away from big meals and eat a few small ones. Not drinking soda or sweet tea-both things I love. Eating more fruit and veggies and drinking a lot of water. Water will make you feel like you are full and you will not eat as much. Track all that you eat and forgive yourself when you slip. Also, if you cannot fit a full session of exercise in-be mindful in your daily activities. Park a ways from the door at the grocery store or mall. Use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. There was an article I just read that I liked-when you take in your grocery bags, do it one at a time and that will get your exercise in.
