Hi Katie, I noticed your post on the Jillian Michael's group about the weights and wanted to let you know that filling water bottles with sand and water works really great! I'm on day 5 of the 30 Day Shred and just picked some sand up from the beach yesterday (its also hard to find weights here in Panama). For my water bottles, they came out to 3 lbs each, but if you use a bigger bottle the sky's the limit. Good luck with your veterinary studies, I almost majored in that as well. And good luck with the Shred as well, what a workout!
