Get Healthy!!!

Hi fellow Sparkers! My name is Katie, I'm 26 and looking to lose 30# by the end of May for my vet school graduation. Almost down 10# since the beginning of this year! :) I've gone up/down over the years and looking for this to be a permanent change. Looking for motivation and loving being more active on Spark!!

March Goals: Walk at least 3 miles 4x/week
Drink at least 64 oz water per day
Limit eating out to once per week
Start meditating
Track everyday ...

Hello. A 6 mile walk with the dogs is an awesome walk. Bet the dogs loved it, too! I'm about to lace up and get Molly out for her walk, and then continue for a while longer myself. Only 12 degrees here.....bracing myself for what needs to happen today. "just do it"

Hello. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Glad you enjoyed reading about my "birding" adventure. I'm a bit off track for the day from all of the excitment, but am pondering lacing up and popping in an exercise dvd for tonight to help my stay on track.

My husband and I travelled through Oklahoma during one of the worse tornado seasons there. Do the dogs give you an indication a storm is moving in?

And thanks for adding me as a friend....I just added you, too, and look forward to more on line chats and supporting one another on our health and fitness goals.
