My maximum weight was 272.4.
Size 42 waist and a BMI of 41.
I went from jogging 5 miles at a time to chain-smoking couch potato over the last 3 years. Part of my struggle was due to hypothyroidism, the rest due to the wrong meds.

Congrats to starting the 5K training!
Don't get discouraged if you get some muscle soreness on the next 1-2 mornings. I ached all over from back to toes during the first week of the training and I thought oh dear is jogging going to be so painful forever??? But it was all gone by Week 2.

And emoticon to quitting smoking!

Thanks for the tips. I like the idea of training dirty! It took me a while to explore the site too and now that I've become more active I love it. I hope you will have a day filled with success! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
