I remember somewhere that you were in MI, is that right?
I was glad to see you wrote on chit chat again! I am from MI, but have lived in AK longer now, so feel that it is home.
How are you doing?
I am currently in a slump myself. Fall is here, saw new snow on the mountains across the bay and had a first hard frost last night. Whew, the start of winter!LOL

thanks for following. My core felt good. Maybe I need to keep my core tighter to get more intense. It sure felt like my core was going to be sore when I finished last night. Wow!
