Need to lose the weight I regained

I joined SparkPeople in 2008 when I had gained SIX INCHES on my waist alone due to a very busy schedule. I lost ALL six inches and then some by the end of 2009 and loved how lean and athletic I looked.

I joined SparkPeople in 2008 when I had gained SIX INCHES on my waist alone due to a very busy schedule. I lost ALL six inches and then some by the end of 2009 and loved how lean and athletic I looked.

In early 2011, I started a new job that was extremely stressful and required me to be available and working all the time. It was impossible to stick to a diet or workout schedule; there were literally nights when I slept at the office, and once I went an entire month without a single day off (not even a Saturday or Sunday). I hated it.

In two years, I gained 17 pounds and 3.5 inches on my waist.

Fast-forward to 2013. I changed careers and am happy to say I love my new job, one where I can live a normal life. Although I'm technically a "healthy" weight now, I would feel much better about myself if I could get back to where I was in 2010--lean and athletic with 10% body fat.

So I'm back on SparkPeople! I hope to get down to 112 pounds by July 1, which is when I go on vacation in Hawaii. And then I want to keep the weight off.

My Goals:
Lose 17 pounds by the end of this summer--and then keep it off.

My Program:
Tracking what I eat every day, cutting back on sugar and processed foods, eating more fruits, vegetables, and protein.

Working out 6 days/week--3 days cardio, 3 days weights.
