No More "Whens"

Well hello! So I figured it's time to change my intro since the first one was about how I wanted to lose weight for my wedding and now my wedding has past. Did I lose the weight I wanted to you ask, No. Big, fat , hairy NO. I did lose some, I got on a real roll there for a while, but then to be honest I stopped putting in the work and gained some back. I always thought that when I decided to get pregnant I would get really healthy because I would be hyper aware of what I put in my body. I've decided not to have children now however so there goes that plan!

All of my "Whens" are used up (WHEN I get engaged, WHEN we start trying) Now all I have is now, and I want to feel better NOW.

I took a look at your food and fitness trackers and looks like you are doing a pretty good job so far this week. Do you find it difficult to keep track each day? I got into the routine pretty quickly when I started back in 2011, and now it is just habit for me and I do it regularly. I rarely skip and it really seems to help. Even after surgery on my foot when I new I was just going to be in maintenance mode, it helped me to from gaining weight. It really is one of those things that can really help you.
