Hey there friend, I was reading your feed status and question. Once you reach maintenance, you really don't add that many calories to what you were eating to loose. For instance, if you were eating around 1,350 calories while loosing, you probably can increase it by 250 to 350 calories in maintenance, all while keeping up the same fitness routine. There are a few good articles here on SP regarding calories/maintaining. They were helpful to me. As a matter of fact, every blue moon, I go back and read them again. Also, if you haven't already, you may want to join the "At Goal & Maintaining/Transitioning to Maintenance" team. It's very active and it's good for maintenance resources.

Congratulations on reaching your goal. What a mighty accomplishment!
