Working on a healthier me...

I'm Kelly, 35.

I work in information technology so much of my day is sitting at a computer at work, though I do float throughout the building I work in (7 floors) so I do have some physical activity.

I've had some success with weightloss in the past. I had gastric bypass back in 2003 and initially lost around 80lbs, but through some changes in life and poor choices I gained back about 40 of what I lost.

I'm not an emotional or binge eater (never have been) but I am a bored eater, if I could overcome that my weight loss would be much more successful.

My Goals:
50 pounds lost by my birthday on June 23. Which is just over 27 weeks from now.

My Program:
Lose 2 pounds a week by the simple process of eat less (or better) and move more. I work nights so going to the gym at night is harder for me I get out earlier in the morning and usually walk 3-5 miles after work. However, I need to find some sore of fitness program or even a personal trainer if I need to.
