It's Time.

In the past, I have been a classic yo-yo dieter who loses and gains the same 20 pounds over and over and never reaches goal weight. I've been negative, self-defeating, and my own worst enemy. It's time to break that cycle by making better decisions, giving it my all, sticking to it, and most importantly, making myself a priority.

My Goals:
*Drink water daily and try like the devil to give up Coca-Cola.
*Exercise daily.
*Eat more fruits and vegetables.
*Lose 1-2 pounds per week.

My ultimate goal is to lose 60 pounds.

My Program:
Trying to stay within the suggested calorie range and drink more water.

Logging what I eat daily is a key for me.

Realizing that no one else's opinion of me matters and making the commitment to myself is another key.

Personal Information:
I love to quilt, paint, read and am a huge Disney geek.

When not attempting some new art project, I work as an elementary school librarian & live with my husband of 25 years, our three cats and one very hyper mutt.
