My Goals:
My goals are to get to a normal BMI and to increase my lean muscle mass. Ultimately, I want to live a long and healthy life. I don't need to look good in a bikini or anything like that; I just want to be healthy and fit!

My Program:
I stay within the calorie range provide by Sparkpeople. I track and stay within range for total calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber.
My rule is that I can eat anything I want, as long as I track it. I have found that tracking my food helps me be more mindful of what I eat, and helps me to make better choices.

I exercise every day. I do cardio daily and strength train several times a week. I also do pilates and yoga. I do all my exercise at home (or in the hotel) and use fitness dvd's to help me out.

Personal Information:
I live in Georgia. I have two beautiful dogs that also act as my personal trainers! I travel a lot for my job, which can make eating right and exercising something of a challenge!

Other Information:
I am a cookbook fanatic. I love the South Beach Diet cookbooks, the Canyon Ranch cookbook, and anything by Ellie Krieger.

I am an exercise DVD fanatic. My current favorites are all the DVDs in the Bob Harper Inside Out Method series, and Andrea Metcalf's Keeping Fit series.
