I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

You sound so regularly active and motivated. Great example to hope to copy.
It may take me a couple of years to get there as I have to start slowly and build up the levels slowly as well.

I remember going on my 8th grade trip and had so much fun and fell in love with the city. It's such a great place and has so much to do! There were a lot of things that we still weren't able to see. Well get to it next time :) have a great week and conquer those Monday blahs!!
