I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

Thanks for the blog comment! I'm pretty addicted to my yoga class at this point. It's so great for letting go of all the junk I've collected through the week. It definitely improves my life!
