Goals for Good = Lifestyle

Life is happening *now* and this is the only life I have... it's for good. I've had numerous "ah-ha" moments lately; one of them being that my goals are for good. Sure, they're for my own good - my health, which is imperative. But they're also for good - forever and ever, amen. This is my lifestyle, it's for the long haul, and that is a very good thing!

I'm learning to be patient with my body. =)

I have fibromyalgia; I need to take charge and get healthy. My plan is to eat clean and move as much as possible. I WILL NOT allow ME to get in my way this time. Knowing that I have a history of yo-yo dieting and self-sabotage, I plan to utilize SP as a tool to stay accountable, and my Spark Friends for support and inspiration! The Best Me is yet to come!!

Good luck with your detox - drink lots of water - I had an organic light butternut squash soup that I used instead of the snack smoothie on the 2nd and 3rd day.
Days one and two I felt drained and achy...
But day three I felt like a million bucks!!

I also worked out all three days for about an hour - running - or spinning -my but was dragging - but I pressed on.

It was about 1200-1400 calories a day. it was a nice jump start for me - and although I have not been perfect - I do feel like eating clean is more of a focus - I don't want to "re-tox" after all!! lol I have gained a few pounds back - but over all was a good experience -

Many of the ingredients I am still using in a breakfast blender drink - or one for the afternoon...I might do it again - next free weekend.
