My name is Kelly I am a 33 year old happily married mommy of three boys. I have been yo yo dieting for the past 7 years now. I never had problems with my weight before I had my children. I managed to lose all the baby weight using diets like 6 week body makeover and nutrisytem. I was finally near my goal weight and then I broke my foot. I just kind of gave up on myself I guess. I said the hell with diets I would just buy cute fat girl clothes and live with it. That is until I saw a picture of myself and couldn't recognize the girl I saw! I was determined to do something about it and decided to bring sexy back! I have been on this journey since January 1, 2010. I have hit some bumps along the road but I am still here fighting to get healthy again. My main goal is to reach 130 pounds by January 1, 2012 !

UPDATE: After losing a lot of weight I have gained it all back and I am here once again to get healthy!

My Goals:
1. Log into spark people daily and track calories.
2. Lose 5 pounds, 17 times!
3. Take daily vitamins.
4. Stay away from sweets and late night snacks.
5. Daily exercise with no excuses!
6.Teach my kids how to make healthy choices along the way.
7. Make healthy food choices.
8. Limit salt intake.
9. Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
10. Stick with the program for one year!

Personal Information:
I love my husband and my children and they are my world.
I love Disney and visiting WDW.
I went to LSU and love my tigers!
I also love the twilight books and the movies!
