It's true. I have weighed over 200 pounds twice in my life and I'm sure not going to let it happen a third time. It's taken time, but I learned this really is a lifestyle change and not a diet. Diets definitely don't work.
Make small changes. Don't try to do everything at once or you will end up frustrated. It's okay to have bad days. we all have them. they're part of the weight loss journey. Be kind to yourself. Before you know it, your good days will outnumber the bad days and that's what we're really working for i.e. balance.
