Because I'm worth it

I shall put myself in the centre, and do as much for me as I would for other people. That means treating myself properly, in my food and drink choices, and making the time to exercise.

I have to change my mindset, and stop the all or nothing, be gentle with myself, and also firm. There are times for tough love too! Like 5.30am which is the best time for me to exercise.
