This week we have to take 10 minutes of happy time. If I don't get these 10 points daily, somebody kick me off the team!!!! I'm still working on being committed to breakfast, freggies (consistently) and I'm glad fiber continues to count. I have no problem getting down fiber, I have problems counting it. LOL.

My Goals:
Stretch daily for at least 17 minutes.

Exercise 6-7 days a week.

Drink 8-12 glasses of water daily.

Build up my push ups.

Eat my BREAKFAST, get 7 servings of "Freggies" count my FiBER and get some "Happy Time" in!








My Program:
Walking

Drink lots of water!

Eat those things that are worth the calories I'm spending ;)

Personal Information:
I'm married w/ one dear daughter.
I'm originally from the Pacific island of Palau. (Anyone ever see an episode of Survivor Palau?) However I'm currently on the northeast of Sacramento, CA.

Other Information:
I'm currently leading out a team called N-E-W -S-P-A-R-K. We hold one another accountalbe for getting a nutrition, excercise and water in daily among other things.
I'm also a "Goal Getta for Life."

Today, as I am reflecting on what my goals for February should be, I came upon the following quote by Don Lancaster:

Most "impossible" goals can be met simply by breaking them down into bite size chunks, writing them down, believing them, and then going full speed ahead as if they were routine.
