This year begins with the Winter 5% Challenge taking off midnight between the 1st and 2nd of January. How AWESOME is that? I’m still flying with the A’s. I plan to be more of a contributer in the area of weight loss.

I'm married w/ two dear daughters. Just gave birth to my 2nd 6/18/15.
I'm originally from the Pacific island of Palau. (Anyone ever see an episode of Survivor Palau?) However I'm currently in the Bay Area of California.


Other Information:
I'm currently leading out a team called N-E-W -S-P-A-R-K. We hold one another accountalbe for getting a nutrition, excercise and water in daily among other things.
I'm also a "Goal Getta for Life."

    It'll be a long flight so get up and walk around a bit (the faster we log those minutes in, the quicker we land the plane) and you know how plane air can get.. stay hydrated and log that water in too.

    Thanks for stopping by my Sparkpage! My water consumption? By the end of the day I feel like a water buffalo! I should track the water I drink but don't have a whole lot of time for such. I know myself that I have drunk it. The water enhancer really does work for me as unless it's sparkling water, I cannot stand the taste of water.
