My Goals:
I would like to lose 100 pounds slowly, in a healthy way. I have several medical conditions that would be much improved if I could lose weight. Losing 100 pounds would still make me "overweight" but when I was that weight several years ago I was fit and I felt great!
My Program:
* Zumba classes * Yoga classes * swimming * reduce portion sizes * reduce sugar * follow a low acid and low fat diet for my acid reflux * Log-in to SparkPeople everyday *Continue with therapy * Enroll in the UMASS Weight loss center program 4/1/11
Personal Information:
I'm married with 3 dogs, living in CT, and working as an Administrative Assistant in the Development Department at a college. I finished my Bachelor's degree in May of 2010 after working on it for 13 years! My husband and I volunteer for a beagle rescue league.
