I want to be outside enjoying the sunshine! I live in Minnesota and during the long cold winters I tend to put on some weight.

I know my weight has always gone up and down, but I want to feel confident about my body and be healthy. I like yoga, running, walking, biking, tennis and dancing! These are activities I want to keep up with all my life and eating in moderation with more servings of fruits and veggies supports that. I am enjoying my Spark journey and I look forward to ...

I want to be under 150 pounds and able to sustain that weight for EVER!

I want to go shopping and love how the clothes look on me.
