So Finally after 467 days i have hit my goal of losing 155 pounds and getting into a healthy BMI. It feels so great to be a healthier and more active person. i have also started doing the C25K program too.
SparkPeople has given me the tools to take control of my life.And i am not going to let it slip away ever again. This is My Life and i am going to start living it to the fullest.

UPDATE: 420 2012

Today is My 2 year Anniversary of losing all my weight. 4/20/2010 i achieved my goal of losing 155 lbs. I went from 380 lbs to 225 lbs. TOdays official weigh in was 270 lbs. i am at about 20 lbs more than i want to be but that will all change with my ongoing training for my 1/2 marathon

UPDATE: 4 20 2011

Well its been 1 year since I reached my goal of losing 155 lbs. i went from 380 to 225 lbs and I am happy to say i have been doing a good job of maintaining. I have ran 3 5k since starting and enjoying running.I am weighing 150 lbs at the moment but i needed to gain some weight since i was having problems being a healthy BMI i felt it was to low and so i gained a few pounds, i need to remove a few pounds due to a leg injury back in November, but what i learned from SparkPeople i have the tools to accomplish that too.


Personal Goals:

280 lbs. = 100 pounds lost JUNE 21 2009 - 278.4lbs.
271 lbs. = no longer considered obese JULY 8 2009 271.4
250 lbs. = 130 pounds lost OCTOBER 17 2009 - 249.6
