My Goals:
My goal is to be a healthy person. Physically, mentally and spiritually.


My Program:
Eat whole foods as much as possible.
Eat meat and dairy in moderation.
Eliminate all pre-packaged crap and soda from my diet.

Drink 96 ounces of water a day.

Meditate daily.
Journal daily.

Exercise 3x a week for 1 month and then update goals.
Workout will include yoga and cardio (my glider)
Complete the 30 day arm challenge and then pick a new challenge.

My name is Nikki and I am married to my best friend and soul-mate Steve. We have one 18 year old son and a fur baby named Vivi.

Thank you SO much for your comment on my "Strong" blog last week!

I didn't think your post is pushy AT ALL, and of course, you're right that $5 here and there will not break me.

Crying IS healing, definitely. In fact, I don't think I've been crying enough, since I've been trying to stay strong for everyone.

It sounds like you had a similar relationship with your dad that I did. So many women don't seem to have good relationships with their fathers, and it makes me sad.

Hey, thanks for your comment on my status. I had thought about the possibility of detoxing being the culprit too, and it may be, but I've gone sugar-free before, and I've never, ever, had my face freak out like this. I feel like I'm a teenager again! LOL (though I'm not laughing at all really).

And I just have to say that I am also accepting the things I cannot change in my life...I hope this acne isn't one of them LOL
