Your body & mind can't tell a real laugh and a forced laugh apart. The same hormones are released, these hormones are HAPPY HORMONES.
Obvioulsy the best type of hormones lol.
Do we need another reason to laugh? I think not!

I'm a 26 year old from Birmingham - England.
After a long break and a lot of changes; good and bad - I'm back.
It's going to be a slow process but I know I can do it.

Fitness Minutes: 7,668

My Goals:
~ To be happy
~ To be motivated
~ To feel fresh & light

I will get my fitness levels back to a good standard

I will reach my target weight of 140 pounds

I will go down to a comfortable UK size 10

I will exercise at least 4 times per week for at least 20 minutes a time

I will do 5 toe push ups

Weight training

I will tone my body to a lean state

I will have a figure to be proud of

I want visible muscles

Do not let my emotions trigger my eating

Do not binge

My Program:
~ I will not binge & there is no reason why I should binge. Nothing is worth the bad skin, bad mood, sugar crash or just plain regret.
~ I will drink at least 8 cups of water/herbal tea per day
~ I will limit my coffee intake to 3 cups per day

~ Take part in at least 20 minutes of activity per day

~ Fitness DVDs at least 2 times perweek

Personal Information:
I'm a 26 year old nature lover with a 1 year hobby of comping. This involves sitting on my expanded ass for as many hours as possible.

I've been dormant from Sparkpeople for the past 2 years but have quit smoking and it's made me feel powerful. I now know that I can do anything!

    Hi their I have not been on here for a while as I had a concussion and currently off work. Doctor said with concussion syndrome it takes sometimes a long time before things gets better. So I have bee I. Physiotherapy trying to increase my tolerance for sitting as I am laying down to be most comfortable. I have had a headache, dizziness, stomach sick plus pain in neck and back since dec 27,2013 .

    So I have gain weight with no exercise and eating comfort foods.
    GOOD NEWS is that since Saturday, I am tracking my food and making very healthy choices. I feel with doing this this week I have some control back.

    I have to tell you that today was the first time in weeks since I opened my spark page and it felt so good to see you asking for us to support each other. Thankyou it was just what I needed.
