Lost it in Washington!

This is the year! I lost over 50 pounds with the help of Spark People and 30/10 weight loss. I still check in daily and follow the recommendations from SparkCoach. Now - onto maintaining this weight loss for the rest of my life.

Well done for joining in with the PERSONAL STEPS CHALLENGE for August and your goal of 10,000 daily for 4-5 days a week is a great goal - allowing for slow days but achieving a consisitency that brings success. You did great to achieve this goal during July, you CAN do it again!

Play safe and enjoy your walking. don't know where you find the energy and time lol !
