I tripped over my goals by being naive. Walked acouple miles to join fitness program, and a couple miles home afterwards. Thought I did great , to add program. Got home ,went to add new program to strength training, only to find that it is considered CARDIO. signed up for a year/it felt good/ and I always did like to laugh at my mistakes. Meant to be, I think. Thank you for gd. luck wish
