Here's a little info about me.
I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I moved here from NY 22 yrs ago. That's when I met my wonderful hubby, Who I have been married to for last 16 of those 22 years. We have 3 beautiful kids, My 25yr old bonus Daughter Ashton, Our 15yr old daughter Miranda and our 11yr old son Jamie and David our 4yr old.
My hobbies include: Reading, watching movies, but most of all I love watching my kids play sports and taking pictures of them.

Hey there! Still looking for a challenge to do for next month. I'm not sure what the one I did this month is called. It started with 50 squats, 5 push ups, 20 second plank and 25 crunches and ended up with 250 squats, 50 push ups, 5 minute plank (which never happened...) and 150 crunches. I don't think I want to increase any of that, but I would like to work on something else. If you can find anything please let me know! emoticon
